❗Please be advised that access to the cottage requires ascending approximately 20 exterior steps from the parking area, as the property is situated on a small hill. While the stairs are subject to weekly manual snow removal and salting under a contracted service, guests are expected to exercise caution at all times, use the handrail, and wear appropriate footwear. The property owner and management cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from use of the stairs.
