During your stay, you'll have access to several shared community amenities designed for guests of the resort.
**Swimming Pool & Lake Access**
Guests have access to the community swimming pool (open seasonally from approximately June 20) as well as lake access for swimming and relaxation.
**Tennis Court**
A shared tennis court is available for guest use during your stay.
**Family-Friendly Amenities**
Guests may also enjoy the children's playground and basketball court located within the community.
**Life Jackets & Water Equipment**
Life jackets and select water equipment are available at the lake on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use all equipment responsibly and at your own risk. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
**Key Fob Access**
Some community amenities require the use of the property's key fob.
* Please carry the key fob when accessing shared facilities.
* After each use, the key fob must be returned to the hook located in the entrance of the condo.
* A replacement fee of **$250 CAD** will be charged if the key fob is missing after departure.
**Getting There & Access Instructions**
Detailed arrival instructions, including directions to the property and information regarding the use of the key fob, will be provided prior to check-in.

🛑 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking:
This is a family chalet, not a party rental. We ask all guests to treat it with the respect it deserves. Booking this property means you agree to the following rules:
• Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings – zero tolerance.
• No loud noise after 10PM – includes music, shouting, or barking (noise complaints may result in eviction).
• No drug use or excessive alcohol consumption on-site.
• No smoking or vaping indoors – $200/day fee applies if violated.
• Undeclared guests or unauthorized pets = $200/day fine and potential removal with no refunds.
✅ Booking & Guest Policy:
• Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.
• Maximum 10 guests – strictly enforced (monitored by exterior cameras). *extra fees apply after 8 guests
• No outside visitors or unregistered guests at any time.
• Government-issued ID may be requested for verification.
🧼 Respect of the Property:
• No skis, snowboards, snow boots, or ski boots inside the chalet.
• Do not move furniture, décor, or unplug electronics, as this may cause damage and additional charges.
• Use all equipment (hot tub, BBQ, sauna, appliances) responsibly and according to instructions.
• No glass near the hot tub or outdoors.
• Any damage, breakage, theft, or excessive mess will result in charges for repair, replacement, or deep cleaning.
• Failure to follow house rules may result in claims being opened and charges applied.
🔥 BBQ & Seasonal Info:
• BBQ is available between May October inclusively.
• Always turn off the BBQ gas valve and clean the grills and grease plate after use.
• We are not responsible for third party service interruptions (e.g. Wi-Fi, hydro, snow removal, etc.), but we act fast to help resolve any issues as best we can.
